During
the year parents are requested
to note that:
-
It is expected that all payments
must be made by the due date
specified from time to time.
Anyone not clearing arrears
within the stipulated time
will be required to pay a
fine of Rs. 100/- per day,
commencing from the due date.
No application for remission
of the fine charged will be
considered.
- Transfer
certificate will not be issued
to a student until all outstanding
amounts are cleared. Children
for whom fees have not been
paid up-to-date may be prevented
from taking school or public
examinations.
- If
for any reason a bill is not
received by parents, it will
not be accepted as a reason
for withholding payment of
fees. Fees can always be sent
pending receipt of the bill.
In the same way any dispute
with regard to a bill sent
will not be held sufficient
ground to excuse the withholding
of the regular dues. The exact
amount of a bill should be
paid in every case.
- No
responsibility is accepted
for drafts sent in children’s
letters. In a covering letter,
the parents must always quote
the child’s account
number allocated by the school.
-
Cost of replacement will be
charged for breakages, damages
and losses.
-
Late reporting of a student
to the school after exeats
or vacations will be charged
a fine of Rs. 1000/- per day.
Withdrawal
Notice of withdrawal of a student
which is to take effect at the
end of the school year must
be received by 1st February
of that year. Failure to comply
with this rule will entail a
liability in payment of two
months fees in lieu of notice.
Since places vacated during
the school year mean a financial
loss, this rule will be strictly
enforced in all cases.
The
School will refund the security
deposit along with the settlement
of the student’s account,
provided there are no outstanding
amounts payable to the School
by the parent concerned. In
cases where there are outstanding
amounts, the security deposit
will be adjusted against these
amounts.
After
the security deposit has been
refunded, if the cheque is not
encashed within six months,
no claim will be entertained
thereafter.

-
The Headmaster can, in the
interest of the school and
without giving any reason,
ask a parent to withdraw a

in the Headmaster’s
opinion, be in any way detrimental
to the principles/working
of the School.
-
The school expects total cooperation
of parents.
-
The Headmaster is at liberty

shall inform parents /guardians
of any such changes.
Holidays
& Visiting Arrangements
At the commencement of the Academic
year, a copy of the School Fixtures
is sent to the parents. This
includes holidays and Exeats.
For the efficient running to
the School, not only in the
classroom but in all extra curricular
activities, students will not
be allowed out except at recognized
times. Parents will avoid embarrassment
to the Headmaster and disappointment
to themselves by not asking
for exceptions to these recognized
holidays. Leave to attend weddings
and other functions at home
is not usually granted.
